| 摘 要： | 高技术产业已经成为国家安全、经济发展、社会进步的新的决定性因素,如何选择适当的模式发展高技术产业也成为各国政府、学术界和企业共同关注的焦点。文章拟从剖析世界各国高技术产业的发展模式及特征中,得出对我国进一步发展高技术产业的相关启示。
