| 摘 要： | 文章对煤炭价格形成机制的五个发展阶段进行系统梳理。煤炭和电力行业既相互依存又存在利益冲突,由于煤炭和电力行业的市场化程度不同,使得煤炭和电力行业的价格矛盾无法靠市场力量来解决,作为解决煤电价格矛盾的权宜之计,发改委不得不出台煤电价格联动机制。最后对煤电价格联动机制的利弊进行评述,分析了煤电价格联动机制的现状及发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The paper makes an analysis on the five periods of formation mechanism of coal price.In the author's opinion,there are some inter-dependence and contradictions between coal industry and electricity industry.The degree of marketization is different between two industries,which results to the situation that contradiction of price between two industries cannot be solved through market.The paper makes a study of the connection between petroleum price and coal price and predicts its development tendency. |
