Status Quo of Professional Credit Management in China and Countermeasures

Improvement of professional credit management is the premise of ensuring human resources into market economy.However,there are still so many flaws in professional credit management in China,which affect the sound development of human resources market.China must set up professional credit management system by taking some measures such as improving laws governing professional credit,conducting education of professional credit,attaching importance to investigation on individual professional credit before signing labour contract and so on.
