| 摘 要： | 文章首先明确了企业资源的含义和类别,并对企业竞争优势产生作用和影响的企业资源的特征进行了分析,然后从经济学的角度阐述了竞争优势的来源,以及企业资源、企业创新与竞争优势的关系,最后提出,企业只有在自身资源的基础上不断进行创新才能赢得持续竞争优势。

| Abstract: | The paper defines the meaning and types of enterprises' resources and analyzes the function and influence enterprises have on competitive advantages.It makes an analysis on the source of competitive advantages and the relation among enterprises' resources,enterprises' innovation and competitive advantages.It comes to a conclusion that enterprises can get sustainable advantages only by carrying out innovation. |
