| 摘 要： | 我国已进入老龄化社会,我国人口老龄化的特点是老年人口规模大、人口老龄化速度快、未富先老。我国人口自身结构的变化,必然对社会经济发展产生较大影响。我们必须采取合理的人口政策,建立以家庭养老为主体的多元化养老方式,积极发展老龄产业等,应对人口老龄化的挑战。

| Abstract: | China has been in the rank of aging society.The features of aging in China are as follows: China has a large aging population,the speed of aging is very fast,and people get old before getting rich.The change of population structure in China exerts an inevitable influence on its social and economic development.In order to face the challenge of aging society,we must work out reasonable policies,set up various modes for supporting old people with family supporting old people as the domain mode,and actively promote the development of aging industry. |
