| 摘 要： | 本文通过对文化与企业经营者行为关系的研究以及不同文化背景下企业经营者行为模式的比较,认为文化对经营者具有行为导向、行为激励和行为协调的作用,并提出在西方文化影响下,企业经营者行为模式具有交易型特点,而在东方文化影响下,企业经营者行为模式具有关系型特点。

| Abstract: | In the traditional view, small and medium-sized enterprises are not important. Now, with the change of economic conditions, small and medium-sized enterprises are playing more and more important role in economic activities. We should reclassify them so that we can work out some favorable policies to support them. |
