| Abstract: | Supple management came into being as a result of market competition and technical revolution and it is the inevitable choice for private enterprises to improve their competitiveness. As a whole, supple management has a quick reaction to market change. To carry out supple management, private enterprises must focus on cultivating qualified personnel, strengthening research and development, reforming circulation, rebuilding the structure of organizations and promoting innovation of institutions. |
