本文从银行业吸存能力角度研究发现 ,银行资本金层面上的国家声誉担保作用存在差异 ,再联系基于国有银行改革前提下带有前瞻性的竞争分析 ,认为国有银行改革不能暂避资本结构 ,通过各种途径提高国有银行资本充足率实属必要。

Thinking on Solution to Capital Problems of State- owned banks

It is said that the four state-owned banks are short of capital and the state reputation can make up this shortage and that if the central government withdraws capital from the banks it would influence the reform of state-owned banks. The paper analyzes the above-mentioned opinions and holds the idea that in absorbing deposits the guarantee function of state reputation is different. Based on the reform of state-owned banks and competition, the paper concludes that the reform of state-owned banks can't avoid the problem of capital construction and state-owned banks must increase the ample rate of capital through multiple ways.
