| 摘 要： | 在中央提出科学发展观与构建和谐社会的新形势下,我国城市土地应该坚持可持续利用的原则进行有序、合理的开发,以便实现城市人口、资源、环境各要素的协调发展。文章回顾了城市土地可持续利用的相关理论,指出当前我国城市土地可持续利用重点研究领域以及各领域研究的基本思路与方法。

The paper, after reviewing the concerned theories, points out the basic path to use the urban land in a sustainable way. |
