The Paper explains the present state of our country's processing trade, and the favourable policies the government gave to processing trade, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the processing trade policies. The paper comes to the conclusion that the present policies for processing trade have more shortcomings than good points, and puts forward the idea that we should cancel the favourable policies given to processing trade.
