| 摘 要： | 制度变迁理论不仅重视了制度因素在历史变迁和经济增长中的作用,为经济史研究以及制度经济学提升到主流经济学地位做出了重要贡献,而且对中国经济改革提供了理论素养和借鉴意义。本文对制度变迁理论进行了评述,并分析了对当前中国改革实践的借鉴作用。

The paper makes a comment on theory of institutional change and analyzes its meaning to the on-going reform in China. |
