中国农村民间信用缓解贫困的有效性分析

中国农村贫困面广,资金外流使农村反贫困形势更加严峻。农村民间信用内生于农村经济的发展需要,是农村经济主体的主要融资渠道,对农村经济发展和缓解农村贫困具有积极作用。文章通过静态灰关联和前移动态关联矩阵的比较分析,对上述现象进行实证研究,结果表明,民间信用可以有效缓解中国农户的贫困状况。文章认为,通过完善和规范民间融资市场,民间信用在发挥对中国农村缓解贫困的作用、促进农村经济结构的合理优化等方面是可以有所作为的。

A Study on Effectiveness of Civilian Credit in Anti-poverty in China Rural Area

The poverty happens widely in China rural area, and the outflow of rural fund deteriorates the anti-poverty problem. Civilian credit rises from the rural economy, and takes place in high frequency, on a large scale, with a huge number of users and a good repaying record, which has become the main financing source for rural economical bodies and shown its active role in the growth of rural economy and relief of rural poverty. Based on the static grey-relevancy and forward-moving dynamic grey-relevancy matrix, the results indicate that civilian credit can relieve rural poverty effectively. At the same time, in order to promote the anti-poverty effectiveness, not only the civilian finance market but also the normal finance market should be improved, and the rural economical structure should be optimized.
