非正式制度与近代中国民族资本企业经营理念

非正式制度作为制度的重要组成部分,它在经济运行中发挥着潜移默化的作用。在中国近代,由于传统义利观、宗族观的影响,形成了一种具有集体主义特征的经济伦理。文章根据这种传统经济伦理,对近代中国民族资本企业的经营理念进行探讨,提出近代中国民族资本企业的经营属于一种重视国家利益的家风式经营理念,这种经营理念与中国传统伦理的适应性和经营上的合理性及其落后性都充分反映了非正式制度与经济的密切关系。

The Informal Institution and the Management Principle of Chinese National Enterprises in Modern Times

As an essential component of social institutions,informal institution plays an potentially important role in economy functioning.In modern China,because of the influence of the traditional view on righteousness and benefits and clansman identity,a certain kind of economic ethic characterized with collectivism arose.In this paper,according to this traditional economic ethic,we study the management principle of Chinese national enterprises in modern times,and get the conclusion that it is family oriented but with great attention paid to the nation's benefits.Such kind of management pattern is reasonable and fits the traditional Chinese ethics well but unfortunately far lagged behind the times.All of these reflect the intimate relations between informal institution and economy.
