| 摘 要： | 文章以上海市200家大中型工业企业1998-2003年的抽样数据作为研究对象,主要采用一般泊松回归分析和面板泊松回归分析方法,构建了不同的企业专利产出实证模型。与以往文献不同的是,在分析研发经费投入的同时,文章强调从事研发活动人员比例(用来反映人力资本)对企业专利授权的边际贡献。研究发现,企业R&D投入对专利产出具有显著的正面影响,企业研发人员比例对专利产出同样具有显著的作用,其弹性高达2.573%。因此,文章认为研发人员对企业创新能力的提高有着重要的作用,应重视人力资本的投入。
