| 摘 要： | 文章首先对当前我国农村集体土地管理存在的主要问题进行了分析，然后在实地调查并与当地基层干部群众座谈的基础上，总结了目前江苏农村集体土地管理创新完善的主要做法，最后对创新和完善我国现行农村集体土地管理的政策措施提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The main problems of rural collective land management in China at present were analyzed in this paper. Then on the basis of field investigation and conversation with countryside leads and publics, the main methods for renovation and improvement of rural collective land management in Jiangsu province at present were concluded. Lastly, the policy measures for renovation and improvement for current rural collective land management in our country were put forward. |
