长春市经济技术开发区对长春市的经济贡献研究

文章从经济发展水平与经济结构水平、经济发展潜力、经济发展活力和宏观经济效益等四个方面分析了长春市经济技术开发区的综合经济效益。从时间变化来看，其综合经济效益不断提升；从空间比较来看，其综合经济效益也大大高于长春市、吉林省和全国，说明长春市经济技术开发区作为产业集群的一种形式，已呈现出良好的集聚经济的特征。在此基础上，文章着重研究了其对长春市经济发展的总量贡献和结构贡献，认为长春经济技术开发区在增加经济总量、优化所有制结构、提升工业化水平、促进新老城区一体化等方面对长春市均有着明显的影响。

STUDY ON THE ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTION THAT CHANCAHUN ECONOMIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVDLOPMENT ZONE TO CHANGCHUN CITY

Acting as a kind of industrial tissue form of modern industry cluster, Changchun economic and technological development zone was established in 1993. Up till now, it already forms some industrial clusters including auto industry gardens, photo-electricity industry garden, electronic city, biology city, food industry garden, American industrial village, Hong Kong industrial garden, Taiwan industrial garden and Changchun Maize industry development zone etc. These industry clusters have played important driving and facilitation function to Changchun city's economic developments through their good comprehensive economic benefit.The article adopts the index system of the document, combine the reality of Changchun economic and technological development zone, analyzes the synthesis economic benefit of Changchun city economic and technological development zone from economic structure level, economic development potentiality, economic development energy and macro-economy benefit. It concludes that the synthesis economic benefit of Changchun economic and technological development zone is increasing by time, and is much more than that of Changchun city, Jilin province and China, which illustrates that Changchun economic and technological development zone has present the characteristic of agglomeration economy acting as industrial cluster. On the basis above, the article studies the total amount contributions and structure contributions that Changchun economic and technological development zone to Changchun city. It adopts "shift-share" method to calculate the total amount of economic contributions, which illustrates that Changchun economic and technological development zone has made about 325,820,000 yuan for Changchun city.In ownership structure, many kinds of economic sectors are developed together in the development zone, which optimized the disposition and structure of ownership resources. Changchun economic and technological development zone promotes the industrialization levels of Changchun city also, and drives the development of related industry (such as the upper reaches and low reaches industry) of Changchun city. And it has driven the urbanization level of Changchun city while promoting the industrialization level of Changchun city.
