| 摘 要： | 韩国的土地国情和农业经营特点与我国十分相似。文章分析了韩国土地利用规划体系的构成及其主要特点，以及在农村综合开发和农村城市化过程中的作用。最后简要论述了乡村土地利用规划在中国国土规划中的重要性和迫切性，希望能为我国的农村综合开发和城镇化发展提供一些借鉴。

| Abstract: | The situation of land use as well as agricultural management is much similar to those in China. The author has probed into the evolution history of Korean land use planning system since its independence in 1945. Its characteristics and influences of land use planning onto rural urbanization and integrated agricultural development was analyzed afterwards. With that, the paper comes to its conclusion that rural land use planning at village scale is imperatively needed in the process of integrated rural development in China. The author also hopes that this study can provided some other references, for example, the reform of land tenure system, the development of small township, the protection of farmland, etc., to those areas which are experiencing territory development and urbanization in China. |
