| 摘 要： | 本文从传统能源系统入手，阐述了在资源，环境与发展之间矛盾日益突出的今天，树立大能源系统观的必要性。指出：在可持续能源系统中，经济因素，生态因素等不再仅仅是能源系统的外部环境，而因将其内在化在系统的组成要素。并对可持续能源发展战略的目标，原则及总体战略作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Starting with the traditional energy system, this thesis expounds the essentiality to acquire the large energy system outlook in the case of the sharper contradiction with resources environment and development. The authors point out that in the sustainable energy system, economic factor,ecological factor and so on are no longer external environment of energy system, but are the component parts of the system. Then the objective,the principle and the overall strategy of the sustainable energy development are discussed. |
