| 摘 要： | 制度创新是促进农业产业化发展的重要途径.湖南农业产业化发展中面临的瓶颈问题,主要还在于制度创新上偏差和不足,存在市场性目标与公益性目标的冲突.明晰责权利,推进组织创新和产权改革,并在湖南农业产业化发展的中初期辅以必要的政策支持,是解决这一问题的关键.
