论城区经济发展战略

文章认为,伴随中国城市化水平的提高,城区经济发展日益成为地方经济发展的一个战略问题,加快城区经济发展成为提升城市竞争力的重大举措.城区经济发展要立足于挖掘本土文化资源和人力资源潜力,有选择地吸引相关生产因素集聚,瞄准服务业,特别是现代服务业为基本方向,强化区域经济特色,创造条件促进产业集群的发育和成长.
