| 摘 要： | 文章以滨海城市连云港为例，通过多目标加权平均法，创建了滨海生态旅游地可持续发展指标体系。首次运用趋近度和因子贡献度两个指标对其定量分析，对所有参评因子，都采取了简单的便于计算的量化指标，方法简便易行，具有一定的操作性和可推广性。并据此尝试提出了滨海生态旅游地可持续发展模式：“资源环境——社区参与——经济发展——管理监控型”模式。

| Abstract: | Taking Lianyungang as an example, the author sets up the index system of sustainable development in littoral zone by multi-target weighted averages method, and makes a quantitative analysis by the two indexes: tending degree and element contribution degree. A simple quantitative index easy of calculation is taken for all evaluated elements, which is an approach of operation and promotion. Based on this, the sustainable development model in littoral zone is put forward: Resource environment-community participated-economic development-administration monitor model. |
