| 摘 要： | 郴州市作为生态旅游资源大市，其水体旅游资源极为丰富，且特色鲜明。在对水体旅游资源进行定性、定量评价和市场定位的基础上，提出了合理规划水体旅游资源开发布局、加强保护、打造水景旅游精品景区、开辟水景旅游专线、采取多种形式大力宣传的开发战略。

| Abstract: | Chenzhou, located in the south of Hunan, is a major city of ecological tourism resources and is rich in water - based tourism resources that are of peculiar characteristics. Based on the qualitative and evaluation of the water- based tourism resources in Chenzhou, and market location, the present thesis puts forward a series of exploiting and utilizing strategies such as making reasonable overall arrangements of the exploitation of the water - based tourism resources in Chenzhou, strengthening the protection of the water - based tourism resources, creating elaborate water - based tourism scenic spots, exploiting water- based express trip - route and taking a variety of means to advertise the water - based tourism resources in Chenzhou. |
