| 摘 要： | 湖南省是全国红色旅游之源,是最具知名度和影响力的红色旅游目的地。从红色旅游资源特质、产业发展态势、空间发展格局、品牌建设、区域合作框架等五个方面对湖南省红色发展现状进行了分析,认为存在红色旅游发展水平不高、产品较为单一、讲解内容枯燥、发展地区不平衡、管理体制不顺畅等问题,并提出了湖南省红色旅游优化升级战略构想:即"政府主导、市场导向、项目带动、以点带面、有序发展"的战略模式、方针、重点和保障措施。
