| 摘 要： | 针对湖南省土地利用综合效率、农用地和城镇建设用地利用效率,采用全省第二次土地利用调查数据,利用加权平均法、主成分分析法和DEA分析法分别进行评价分析。结果显示:湖南省土地利用效率存在明显的空间差异,产生空间差异的因素有经济发展水平、自然条件、区位差异和政策作用等。最后,根据各区域土地利用特点提出针对性优化对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The paper evaluated the use efficiency of whole land,agricultural land and urban constructive land based on the data from the second investigation about the land use in Hunan province.The evaluated method includes weighted average,principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis(DEA),etc.the result shows:there is significant spatial difference of land use efficiency in Hunan province.The level of regional economic development,natural conditions,location difference and policy are all the indicators... |
