大城市边缘区地域特征属性界定方法

准确界定地域的特征属性是科学制定加快大城市边缘区发展策略的前提。在述评前人关于大城市边缘区地域范围划分研究成果的基础上,首先提出了大城市边缘区地域特征属性的概念,然后构建了基于模糊综合评价的大城市边缘区地域特征属性界定方法,最后对北京城市边缘区内的小汤山镇、潭柘寺镇、温泉镇和万柳地区的地域特征属性进行了界定。界定结果为:小汤山镇的地域特征属性值为0.4210,具有城市外边缘区的特征;潭柘寺镇的地域特征属性值为0.0758,具有乡村腹地的特征;温泉镇的地域特征属性值为0.4922,具有城市内边缘区的特征;万柳地区的地域特征属性值为0.7116,具有城市内边缘区的特征。表明潭柘寺镇和温泉镇的地域特征属性与地域空间位置不一致,发展落后于应有的水平。

A STUDY ON DECISION METHOD OF CHARACTERISTIC AND PROPERTY OF URBAN FRINGE AREAS

In this paper,the conception of area characteristic and property is put forward.A set of index system about how to appraise the attribute of a geographical unit in the urban fringe is formed comprehensively and systematically,it is composed fifteen indexes in four aspects,including population,economy,society and land utilization.Appraisial model is built up used hiberarchy analytical method and fuzzy appraisal method.Taking Beijing urban fringe as example of study,the attribute of the four geographical units is appraised,they are Xiaotangshan town,Wenquan town,Tanzhesi town and Wanliu district.The numeral of characteristic and property of Xiaotangshan town,Wenquan town,Tanzhesi town and Wanliu district is 0.4210,0.4922,0.0758 and 0.7116.The outcome makes know that Xiaotangshan town and Wenquan town is belong to outer-fringe of Beijing,Wanliu district is belong to inner-fringe of Beijing,Tanzhesi town is belong to rural hinterland.
