四川省甘孜州生态经济持续发展初论

大力发展甘孜州生态经济，必须从整个长江流域的生态经济系统来考虑，当务之急是搞好流域生态环境建设。这此再创秀美山川，既是甘孜州生态发展的抉择，更直接关系到长江中下游流域的安危和可持续发展战略的实现。发展生态产业，开展生态环境的保护和建设，必须大力实施生态畜牧业、生态农业、生态林业、生态能源、生态旅游、生态药业等生态经济工程。经过长期的奋斗，结合西部大开发中长江中上游的生态环境建设，实现地处长江上游的甘孜州青山常在、绿水长流，最终为州经济建设奠定坚实的自然可持续发展基础。

DISCUSSING ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY IN GANZI AUTONOMY STATE

In order to develop energetically the ecological economy of Ganzi Autonomy State, it is necessary to consider the construction on Yangtze River drainage basin. Carrying through constructing the environment and setting up the elegant and beautiful mountains again, is not only the choice of Ganzi State, but also influence directly the safety of middle and lower drainage area in the Yangtze River and the realization of sustainable development strategy. In order to protect and construct the ecological environment, we must carry into execution of ecological stockbreeding, agriculture, forestry, energy, touring, and medicine industry. After struggling for ten years, twenty years or fifty years, combining with the exploitation of west China, we can see the green mountains and water forever in the upriver of Yangtze River. Thus it is establish the foundation for the ecological economy.
