| 摘 要： | 本文通过对农村居民点用地现状及其对乡村城镇化的影响分析，提出开展农村居民点用地整理，优化用地配置，是实现我国乡村城镇化的客观要求，并进一步探讨了我国开展农村居民点用地整理的主要对策。

| Abstract: | The village urbanization is trend of chinese countryside economic development and land distribution is one of the most important factors on village urbanization. It is a basic research project for the land distribution to be adapted chinese village urbanization. In this paper, on the basic of analysis on village land use status and its influence to urbanization, the countermeasure of village land distribation for urbanization, village land readjustment, was proposed. |
