| Abstract: | Maritime Industrial Development Areas(MLDAs) is one of the major economic landscape in the developed countries during 60s-70s, that directed by governments actions. With the widely spread of international capital and companies' globe economic strategies,the center of the world economy shifts from core to fringe. Consideringly,as the patterns of regional growth, MIDAs have changed and developed more in Asian Pacific region. |
