摘    要:绵山风景区以民营企业家开发为特点凸显其独特的魅力,民营企业机制灵活,管理理念新,近几年发展相当迅速,但是如何在激烈竞争的旅游市场中处于常胜之地,对景区资源进行系统客观的评价以达到“知己知彼”就尤为重要。文章采用层次分析法定量地对绵山风景区旅游资源进行了系统评价,结果表明,绵山风景区旅游资源观赏价值所占分值最大,休闲性、文化价值和可达性次之,服务人员素质、管理水平较小。根据评价结果,提出了绵山风景区持续发展的调控对策。

Abstract:Mianshan resort,located in Shanxi province,is a famous tourism site, which developed and run by local enterpriser.In recent years,tourism of Mianshan resort has developed rapidly and makes a great success.In this paper,Analytical Hierarchy Process method(AHP) was used to study the advantage and disadvantage of Mianshan tourism resource.The results showed that tourism resource of Mianshan resort takes the most important role in all the factors,which have influences on the tourism development.Culture and accessibility take the second and the third role individually.Service,management and tourism trade take less important role.Based on the assessment,some countermeasures for sustainable development of Mianshan resort were presented.
