区域集群自稔性风险成因分析

从区域集群风险与可持续发展的角度出发，在简要评述周期性集群风险与结构性集群风险理论的基础上，指出已有区域集群风险理论研究上的缺陷；通过构建区域集群“自稔性”①风险成因模型，指出构成区域集群竞争优势的集群自身特性，同时也是区域集群风险产生的根本原因；最后通过阐明“自稔性”集群风险与周期性和结构性集群风险之间的联系，旨为区域集群风险化解，进而可持续发展的相关研究与实践提供有意义的借鉴。

ANALYZE THE REGIONAL CLUSTERS' SELF- FERTILITY CAUSE OF RISK

From the perspective of regional clusters' risk and sustainability, and based on a brief comment on the theory of cluster's cyclical risk and structural risk, this paper points out the deficiency of the previous theory. Through building the model of regional cluster's "self- fertility" cause of risk, the paper indicates that the radical cause of regional cluster' s risk is just the cluster's self characteristic which brings competitive advantages to the cluster. At last, based on explanation of the relationship between "self-fertility" and cyclical/structural risk of cluster, the paper hopes to provide some useful suggestions for the research and practice of settling the clusters' risk and gaining the sustainability of regional clusters.
