| 摘 要： | 在对经济与环境协调发展理论分析的基础上,采用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)方法分析了1988—2003年徐州市经济与环境协调状况,得出徐州市经济发展与环境污染呈现出“U”型加倒“U”型的波浪型曲线特征。进一步研究表明,徐州市经济发展对生态环境的影响主要体现在经济发展水平对污染物排放总量、产业结构对污染物组成、产业布局对区域生态环境质量、经济增长方式和区域产业转移对生态环境状态的影响等方面,生态环境也对产业结构调整、产业布局、经济增长速度等产生反馈作用。

| Abstract: | Based on theory of coordinated development of economy and environment, this article mainly uses the environmental Kuznets curve method to analyze every aspect of the interaction between environment and economy in Xuzhou,we can draw conclusion that the economic development in Xuzhou affects the total amount of waste emission,waste categorization and composition,thus affecting the regional environment.The industrial distribution can also affect the local environment.In another way,the regional environment can constrict the industrial structure,industrial distribution and economic development. |
