江苏省沿东陇海线产业带开发建设的比较研究

江苏省南北经济发展水平存在很大的差距,已经成为制约全省经济协调发展的主要因素。从全省一盘棋的角度出发,江苏省依托经济发达的苏南地区,分别制定、实施了沿江开发、沿东陇海线产业带等战略部署,旨在加快苏中、苏北地区发展,缩小省域范围内南北发展差距。文章围绕加快沿东陇海线产业带建设这一主题,通过优劣势的对比分析,论证了沿东陇海线产业带建设的必要性、迫切性和现实困境,并提出了加快该产业带开发建设的对策、措施。

COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRY BELT ALONG EAST LONGHAI

The region gap between Sunan and Subei has become the key element that restrains the coordinated growth of Jiangsu province. In order to accelerate the pace of Suzhong and Subei regions and to reduce the regional gap in Jiangsu province, the government of Jiangsu province takes all aspects into account, and formulates and put into effect many magic, such as the development along Yangtze River zone and the construction of the industry belt along the east Longhai, etc. On the basis of the comparative study, this article comes to such conclusion that enlarge the support strength to the industry construction along Longhai railway become very important and necessary. In the meantime, this paper analyses the advantage and the disadvantage and the real difficulty of the zone, and puts forward some countermeasures to fasten the development of this industry belt.
