| 摘 要： | 通过对柯城区农居点的调查,找出其中存在的问题,并进行相应的分析,最后提出通过编制村镇建设规划,加强农居点用地动态管理,建立农村居民点用地整理资金保障机制,以及通过健全农居点用地法规等手段来解决农居点的散、小、多、脏、乱、差等现实问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper, by means of the investigation for the land use of rural residential area of Ke Cheng District, We found outmany practical problems, analysed these in the meantime, at last, by making the plan of village and town construction, enhanc-ing full time dynamic management of rural inhabitant land use, establishing the ensure mechanism of land sorting funds of ruralresidential area, and perfecting the land laws of rural residential area management, we put forward a lot of means in order to solvesuch as scattered, small, more, dirty, confused, bad problems of rural residential area. |
