| 摘 要： | 人多地少是我国基本国情，城市边缘区作为农业用地向城市用地转化的过渡地带，耕地与其它建设用地矛盾极为尖锐。本文将有关经济，环境预警的基本方法引入耕地预警研究中，运用统计法与模型法对城市边缘区耕地数量变化进行了探讨，并将其应用于对温州边缘区耕地数量变化的预警。

| Abstract: | It is the prime national conditions that her population is enormous and her capital land resources are sufficient in China. As a transition region from rural land to urban land, the contradiction between arable land and building land is particularly sharp. To counter this situation, this thesis applies methods of economics and environment forewarning to try to forewarn on arable land. Based on statistical and model methods, the changes of arable land quantity in urban fringe are studied on. And the changes of arable land quantity in urban fringe of Wenxhou City, Zhejiong Province is carried out. |
