| Abstract: | This paper is rested on the study of M. E. Porter's Diamond Theory. It combines the examples of Ireland software industrial clusters and sums up some stimulation factors in the formation of industrial clusters. At the end, the author puts forward some suggestions for the formation and development of Chinese industrial clusters. |
