| 摘 要： | 以实地调查资料为依据,通过对益阳市休闲观光农业典型户用地空间形态、功能结构、类型结构及2001-2005年各类用地与年均收益的关系分析,得出了现阶段益阳市“农家乐“适度用地规模为2 000m2左右的结论.

| Abstract: | The purpose: finding out fine collection between development of agritourism and land use.The method based on site investigation to agritourism in Yiyang city,analyzing spatial formation,function and type structure,annual return in land from 2001 to 2005 as well.The result: in update stage,in Yiyang city,appropriate possessing scale of land is around 2 000m2.The conclusion: the benefit of agritourism will not increase with growth of landuse scale. |
