| 摘 要： | 中国农业必然走向全球化,其面临的国际环境主要是WTO《农业协议》的有关规则。中国农业走向全球化过程中,面临绝佳机遇的同时,也面临着严峻挑战。中国农业应采取的措施主要有:加强农业发展综合能力;利用优势弥补劣势,进行结构调整;选择以“林”为中心的生态农业模式;充分利用WTO规则对农业,尤其是对粮食进行保护。

| Abstract: | It's undoubtedly that Chinese agriculture will be globalized. The international environment is the relative nile in "A-griculture Agreement" of WTO. In the course of globalizing, Chinese agriculture faces both the beneficial chances and the severechallenges. The measurements it should take include to strengthen the agriculture development synthesized ability, to adjust thestructure by using the superiority to compensate the inferiority, to choose the ecological agriculture model centralizing in forest,and to utilize the rule in WTO to protect agriculture, especially the grain. |
