| 摘 要： | 新材料基地是我国材料领域高新技术产业发展的重要阵地，我国已形成了各具特色的材料产业基地，并逐步向产业集群、产业中心方向发展。在材料产业发展中，基地发挥了集聚与整合功能、孵化功能、渗透功能与示范功能。根据我国新材料基地的发展方向，建立了新材料基地的结构、运行模型和评价指标体系。 |

| Abstract: | New material bases are the main domains of development of our country's new material High-Tech industry. There exist many characteristic material industry bases, with development of industry clustering-oriented and industry center-oriented. In the development of material industry, they exert the function of clustering & combination and hatch and penetration and demonstration. According to the direction of our country's new material base, author sets up the structure and the running model and estimation index system of material base. |
