| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了我国钢产量从新中国成立时居世界第26位、经过半个世纪的迅猛发展跃居世界第一位的历程。分析我国钢铁工业在新世纪取得的新进展和面临的机遇与挑战,阐述钢铁工业的布局特点及调整思路,最后指出其愿景是按照《钢铁产业发展政策》的要求,实现由世界钢铁大国向钢铁强国的转变。

| Abstract: | The article provides a brief context of how China steel yield leapfrogged from a global position of No.26 in 1949 to top position within a time of half century.The article analyses the new development that China steel and iron industry has achieved during the 21st century,as well as the opportunities and challenges it is facing now.Riding on above analysis,the author articulates the characteristics of the industry layout and provides a roadmap of adjustment. Finally,the article indicates the vision is to realize the transformation from a country of "big" steel and iron industry toward a "strong" steel and iron industry based on the requirement stated in "steel and iron industry development policy". |
