| 摘 要： | 湖南红色旅游资源丰富、品位高、组合好。为了将全省革命纪念地建设成为爱国主义教育、革命传统教育的牢固基地和社会主义思想文化阵地,将红色旅游培育成为全省旅游业新的增长点和带动革命老区发展的优势产业,必须紧紧围绕"神奇潇湘、领袖故里"这一主题,以省会长沙为中心,以"领袖故里红三角"为龙头,实施"13530"工程,同时加强区域内外的交流与合作,采取制定科学的红色旅游规划、综合开发红色旅游产品等措施,保障红色旅游的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The Hunan red-tourism resources are rich,high status,and well combined.In order to construct the entire province revolution commemoration into the patriotic education,the revolutionary tradition education base and the socialism thought culture position,we should develop the red-tourism into a superiority industry of a new growth and a impetus revolution to the old liberated area development,closely revolve the subject of "mysterious and clear Hunan,the leader's native place",take capital Changsha as the center,take "the leader native place red triangle" as the main item,implement the"13530"project,simultaneously strengthen the exchange and the cooperation inside and outside the region,adopt the formulation science of the red traveling plan and the comprehensive red-tourism product development,safeguard red-tourism sustainable development. |
