| 摘 要： | 本文在论述了凤凰旅游开发的重要地位，旅游开发现状和丰富的旅游资源赋存的基础上，就有关凤凰旅游开发的战略定位、基本思路、空间组织、重点项目和政策措施和个方面进行了深入探讨。并提出了建设阿拉营旅游接待区与木江坪旅游依托域、县城与古城分离和撤县建市，提升凤凰知名度三条重大建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the important station and circumstance of tourism development and dealing with the tourism resource condition in Fenghuang county, this paper makes a thorough discussion on the strategy orientation, Basic conception, space organization, main item, policy measure and so on. The author puts forward three proposals: 1)Building tourism service center of Alaying; 2)Separating county town from the ancient town; 3)Canceling Fenghuang county and establishing Fenghuang city. |
