| 摘 要： | 开展城市土地利用研究,定量地了解城市土地利用的现状及存在的主要问题,找出提高城市土地利用效率的对策方法,有助于进一步了解土地利用的变化原因与机制,促进城市土地的合理利用和可持续发展。文章以长沙市1996—2007年土地利用数据作为研究基础,借助信息论的信息熵、均衡度和优势度原理,分析了长沙市土地利用结构的动态演变特征,分析结果表明:在研究区间内,长沙市土地利用信息熵持续上升,均衡度、优势度呈波动状态,土地利用职能相对扩张,土地空间利用类型表现出均衡发展的态势。
