基于SSM的泉州市工业结构研究

上世纪90年代以来，泉州已跨人工业化加快发展阶段，成为福建乃至全国发展最快、最具活力的地区之一。合理的工业结构是区域工业经济健康发展的前提。文章以1990-2000年为考察期，以福建省为参照系，选取31个工业行业，采用SSM对泉州市工业结构加以研究。针对分析所揭示出的问题，结合实际，对今后泉州市工业结构的优化、调整作出建议：①侧重对能源、原材料、新兴工业的增量投入，加快发展石油化工、机械、电子等产业；②注重对传统支柱产业的存量调整，改造提高纺织服装、建材陶瓷、食品饮料等产业；③保证资金投入、拓展外埠市场、扩大企业规模，提高支柱、重点产业的竞争力。

SSM-AIDED STUDY ON THE INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE OF QUANZHOU CITY

Since 1990s in the last century, Quanzhou has stepped into the period speeding up the development of industrialization while becoming into one of the districts which developed fastest and most vigorously in Fujian province and even all China. Rational industrial structure promises the regional economy developing healthily. This paper has studied the industrial structure of Quanzhou with the Shift-share Method, choosing Fujian province as a background, selecting meticulously out 31 industries marked from 1990 to 2000. In accordance with the problem which the analysis reveals, and with the actuality, some advice was put forward on how to adjust and optimize the Quanzhou industrial structure: (1) Lay particular emphasis on increasing the energy, raw material and new industry, accelerate the development of petrochemical, machinery and electronic industry etc. (2) Lay stress on regulating the traditional prop industry, remould and improve textile, garment, building material, pottery and porcelain, food and beverage industry etc. (3) Ensure the money investment, open up the external market, enlarge the enterprise scale and enhance the competitiveness of prop industry and key industry.
