湘西生态建设途径与分区

湘西生态区十分重要，直接关系到当地经济发展和沅水，澧水下游及洞庭湖区的安危。本文分析了本区生态的基本特征，提出退耕还林还草，加强生态公益林和商品林建设，保护生物多样性，防治水土流失，发展农村经济等生态建设和保护途径，并根据生态环境的差异性，划分４个生态区。

LINES OF DEMARCATION AND WAYS OF THE ECOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE HUNAN'S WEST

The ecological delimitation of the Hunan's West is very important. It influences this area's economic development and affects the safes of the Tongting lake area, Yuan and Li drainage. The essay analyses the basic ecological features of the area and provides the ways of ecological construction and protection. The ways are to renew forest and grass and not to cultivate on some sloping fields, to build ecological forest and trade one, to protect the living being's diversity, to control soil erosion, to develop the rural economy and so on. On the basis of the difference of the ecological environment, the area is divided into four ecological zones.
