| 摘 要： | 区域高新技术产业的形成和发展，很大程度上取决于政策。确切地讲，取决于区域高新技术产业发展的政策体系。本文探讨支撑区域高新技术产业发展的政策环境的构成、完备度、强度。并以湖南省为例，选择深圳等10个城市与湖南进行高新技术产业发展政策体系比较，提出湖南政策体系建设的建议。

| Abstract: | The formation and development of local high-technology industry highly depends on its policy system.This paper discusses the construction,completeness and strength of the policy enviroment that support the development of local high-technology industry. lt compares the policy system of high-technology industry of Hunan province with that of other 10 cities.Several suggestions are presented in the construction of Hunan provincial policy system of high-technology industry. |
