京津市场一体化研究

摘    要:市场一体化是经济一体化的前提和基础。文章首先分析了改革开放以来京津商品市场和生产力要素市场的发展现状,指出了日前京津区域市场不完善的原因是由于存在着诸多区域市场壁垒,并据此提出了市场一体化的有效途径:破除区域市场消极壁垒、培育区域共同市场和组建跨省市、跨行业的企业集团。此外,还可通过组建权威性的区域协调机构和完善基础设施支撑体系来加以促进。

Abstract:Market integration is the prerequiste and basis of economic integration. First, the development of commodity market andfactor of production market about Beijing and Tianjin are analyzed since the economic reform and opening to outside world. Manyregional marketing barriers in Beijing-Tianjin regional market have been pointed out, which result in an imperfect regional mar-ket. Based on this, the proposed effective ways of market integration are breaking up the regional marketing barriers, building common market and enterphrise group which cover different cities and industries. Moreover, it can be furher promoted by organizingauthorized regional coordinating organization and improving regional infrastructure, which is the supporting system.
