中国人口城市化水平与城乡就业问题探讨

本文通过对就业与人口城市化水平的关联分析，提出我国低人口城市化水平是导致当前城乡高失业率的深层次原因。并在此基础上认为提高人口城市化水平将从控制劳动力供给速度，刺激经济增长以增加就业需求，改善劳动力配置结构，提高劳动者素质，增强就业能力等四个方面提高我国城乡就业的总体水平。

A STUDY ON THE QUESTION BETWEEN POPULATION URBANIZATION AND EMPLOYMENT OF CITY AND RURAL IN CHINA

With the related analysis between the urbanization and the employment, this paper put forward the reason caused high unemployment ratio in urban and rural is low urbanization ratio in our country. Based on this view, the paper suggest that the urbanization ratio should be enhanced to promote the employment ratio of our country by controlling the supply of labor, adding the demand of employment by stimulating economy growth, improving the disposal of labor, raising the quality of labor.
