| 摘 要： | 伴随在华跨国研发投资的增加及其作用显现,跨国研发投资的区位决定因素是一个急待揭示的课题.文章基于中国规模以上工业企业面板数据的实证研究表明,市场规模、市场竞争程度、FDI的区位分布是在华跨国研发投资的重要区位决定因素,当地政府研发支持及其政策环境也有很大的影响.同时验证,跨国公司在华研发投资主要是为了支持其在华的市场营销和生产.基于研究的政策建议为强化市场竞争、区别对待不同类型的跨国研发.
