| 摘 要： | 本文在分析我国区域发展态势的基础上，阐述了我国今后１０－１５年国土开发和区域发展的基本和制定区域发展战略的基本原则，提出我国区域发展的总方针应是：在加快中西部地区特别是西部地区发展的同时，推进沿海地区和老工业基地的现代化。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzesing the China regional development conditions,this paper discusses the China land developing and regional development's basic trend and working out regional development strategy's basis principle after ten to fifteen years.China regional development's general policy are proposed:It is speeding up the middle and the west of the China region development,meanwhile,pushing on the modernization of the coastal region and old industry bise. |
