延吉市跨世纪城市定位与产业发展

延吉市是最大的中国朝鲜族聚居的城市。基于一项新近完成的研究项目,本文讨论了延吉市面向21世纪城市发展的战略问题。作者的基本观点是,在新世纪之初,在图们江地区开发,朝鲜半岛、乃至东北亚地区区域经济合作中,延吉都要发挥重要作用,将发展成为区域性中心城市。文章提出了延吉市发展目标、研究了城市区域定位,初步探讨了建立延吉城市经济协作区问题。产业发展要发挥智力资源和特色资源优势,重点发展现代农业、优势工业、第三产业(尤其是商贸业、旅游业),注重发展高新技术产业,形成轻型化的产业结构。

THE ORIENTATION AND INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT TOWARDS OF YANJI CITY IN 21ST CENTURY

Yanji is the biggest China Korean inhabited city. Based on a newly finished research project, this paper discussesstrategic problems about Yanji towards 21st century. The general point of the authors is that at the beginning of new century,Yanji will play a much important role in Tumen River Delta development, regional economy cooperation in Korea Peninsula aswell as Northeast Asia, and it will develop to be an important central city in this area. This paper puts forwards Yanji City's de-veloping goal, probes its regional orientation, and further probes how to establish The Yanji Urban Economy Cooperation Zone.The author think that Yanji should depend on its intelligent resources and other characteristic resources. Industry developmentneed to pay much attention to modem agriculture, tertiary industry (especially commerce, trade and tourism) and dominant in-dustries, and high-tech industry must give a special care, in order to establish a light industrial structure.
